Summary: The rooms were in excellent condition however the hospitality upon arrival could have been better. I don't if the young lady was having a bad day or not but she wasn't pleasant. We were in town for a somber occasion and a little Southern hospitality could have really helped to brighten the mood. The night auditor as well as the housekeeping staff gave the comfort that we needed. I will visit this hotel again because I understand that we are all human and I believe in second chances.

Summary: Every staff member we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Great location, close to many restaurants and a short drive to MSU campus. Will stay here again!

Summary: Front desk was very accommodating. The room was very damp. Carpet was wet along with the tile floor and it smelled like mildew. The bed needs to be replaced.
